Purpose[edit]

To estimate coefficients of pelgrom's transistor mismatch equations (Avt, Ab) with including PVT variations

Description[edit]

Run Monte-Carlo simulations. Vth and beta are measured by Spectre's op simulation. Standard deviations of Vth and beta are calculated for each (W,L). Linear regression : std(Vth) = Avt/sqrt(WL)
