Biography

Juyun Lee is currently pursuing the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering at Seoul National University. His research interest includes modeling and verification of analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems.

- Modeling temperature compensated self-refresh (TCSR) circuits in DRAM
